Holistic Wellness Coach
I know what it is like to be too tired or too busy to make your health a priority. I also know what it’s like to try “all the things” and not see any improvement.
For 9 years I have worked as a pharmacist in fast-paced settings. I continually had high stress and low energy. When I faced some of my own health issues (chronic headaches and digestive issues), I was severely disappointed with just being handed medication to place a crappy Band-Aid on my symptoms, instead of healing them.
My passion quickly turned toward holistic health and addressing the root cause of my symptoms with diet, movement, sleep, and stress management. Last year, I finally took the leap of faith to go through nutritional therapy practitioner training and launch my own holistic wellness coaching biz.
How I can help YOU
My job is to help you feel vibrant, joyful, and recharged through good food, mindset shifts, and healthy lifestyle choices.
I look at the big picture rather than just the symptoms. I believe there is no “one size fits all” approach. There is no perfect diet or lifestyle.
I am trained to help each client find what is right for them to restore balance and feel their best.
How does the program work?
You will fill out an intake form and complete a 3-day food-mood journal before our first session.
We will go through these during your 90-minute kick start session, so I can get a really clear picture of you, your eating habits, and your lifestyle. We will create long-term goals together to address your current health concerns, and you will leave with several action steps and educational resources to implement our plan. The goal of this session is that you become empowered and educated in your changes, and not just following a list of to-dos and not to-dos.
After your kickstart session, you are free to purchase a 60-minute follow up session to check in on your progress and get further support as you need it. If you purchase a 3- or 6-month package, 60-minute follow up sessions will occur once a month with weekly email check ins for extra support.
